Here’s the current rundown:
I’m 25. And a half.
I live in PA and work in retail. The second part isĀ just as awesome as it sounds.
I’ve been with my boyfriend, JD, for nearly 3 years. Its not always peaches and cream but I love him.
I like to crochet. I find it relaxing. I’m not up to doing anything too fancy yet though.
I also like to cook. I don’t get to do too much of that lately. Its a bummer.
The only baseball team for me is the StL Cardinals. I was sad when they were eliminated from the playoffs.
SO anyway. The most recent exciting thing to happen to me was that my car was hit by a girl in a truck in the walmart parking lot. I’m so not a fan of this happening. I’m currently waiting for the adjustor to come look at it. In the meantime, I decided that it had been far too long since I had written very much here.
It just seems like there’s so little time and so little things to talk about.
A few weeks ago, (ok it was really the beginning of October) We all went to the local festival (it celebrates apples, YUM) but we didn’t actually have any apples. Oops. But the festival has the best craft show ever, there are all sorts of vendors and some of my favorite things I saw were the booths that had dog themed items. We saw one booth that did all sorts of custom leashes and collars and such. I’ll have to see if I can find their business card again because I loved their stuff. Another booth was run by a little old grandma type lady, and she had made a ton of stuffed dog toys, dog beds, hot pads for putting pots on, hanging dish towels, and these dog beds. The most amazing part was her prices. The dog toys were , small dog beds were $5 and the large dog bed was $8.She hand made everything and I still dont know how she made any money. My best guess is that she does it because she loves it.
We’re reaching JD’s favorite time of year. Small game season starts tomorrow, and I’ve been directed to try to make it by walmart to pick up some shotgun shells for him before I go to work. I made him write down what it is Im looking for, because its really not my area of expertise. JD also runs meat shoots and those start this weekend and run through the end of November, in time for bear and deer season, which he loves dearly.
Also, congratulations to my cousin who was recently married, and to my Kansas friends who just had their first baby boy.
